    12.

    13. What are the best fishing dates ?

Nagagami Lake has some of Northern Ontario's top walleye and pike waters. It also boasts a healthy population of whitefish. Three river mouths, numerous rocky points, islands, and expansive bays help to ensure the fish are always "on the bite" - even into September - with a whitefish run. In spring, there is always a question of ice, but the fishing is great in late May and June. In July and August the fish go deeper - off points, dropoffs, along deep weedlines, over mid-lake humps - and may require a bit more searching. There is good brook / speckled trout fishing in the faster flowing sections of the river and yellow perch are always available in the weedy sections of the lake.

    14.

    15. Is there emergency medical evacuation capability ?

Our lodge is fly-in only, approximately 30 minutes away from the nearest medical facility in Hornepayne, ON.
